Zoom Appointment Checklist

To make sure you get as much as possible from your appointment please try to make sure the following are all taken care of before the start of your meeting:

  1. You have a place that is quiet and does not have kids or pets present.  It is better to be in your car than at home, where kids and pets can disturb you.

  2. Your phone or computer camera can show your face and shoulders without you having to hold the camera yourself.

  3. You have headphones or earbuds if at all possible.  This provides a much better audio experience.

  4. You have put your phone into do not disturb for the duration of the session.

  5. You have zoom installed.  If you do not use zoom, please install it before the meeting starts.  Go to www.zoom.com and follow the instructions.  It is a fast installation process.  If you need help, please let me know any day before the day of our meeting, and I will walk you through the process.

  6. Arrange to have a stable data and phone connection.   This will make or break things.

That is it !  Let me know if you have questions by texting me or sending an email.
